On July 12, 2015, Steven Hu, Development Director of IEACI China, was invited to attend the“2015 China House Decoration Business Model Innovation Summit—Southeast Asia Sub-Forum of Internet Plus House Decoration” in Shenyang, which is co-sponsored by China National Interior Decoration Association, China construction decoration website, NetEase home and jiaju.sina. There were more than 200 house-decoration company representatives and 300 news and media professionals present at the forum.
Centering on internet plus house decoration, cloud house decoration and decoration industrial upgrading, the forum discusses the hot topics of the industrial development of house decoration, business model innovation, resource integration and etc, receiving unanimous praise among the industry and high attention of the media. However, to the Development Director of IEACI China, this traditional form of guest lecture, dialogue and guests forum will be soon replaced by the more innovative, cross-boundary and integrative forms.
On July 13, 2015, Development Director of IEACI China, Executive Secretary of China National Interior Decoration Association and representatives of decoration enterprises went to Luxun Academy of Fine Arts for visit and exchange.
During the event, Steven had an in-depth discussion with the enterprise representatives and Mr Jin Changjiang from the Department of Environmental Art, Lunxun Academy of Fine Arts, on the relevant issues of discipline construction, international exchange and cooperation, talent training, internships and employment. He also introduced IEACI’s two ongoing projects, Creative Education International Exchange Project (CEIEP) and International Exchange Hub (IEH). The representatives present and Mr Jin Changjiang of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts all showed recognition of our projects and cooperative intentions.
