ADM xTalents will be held in Hangzhou, the host city of 2016 G20 and 2022 Asian Games, on Nov 6-8 as an important part of 2015 Asia Design Management Forum (ADM). IEACI and ADM jointly built this talents exchange platform for the first time in China tailored for creative talents with overseas background, domestic students, professionals in the industry and well-known creative enterprises.

During the three days, thousands of young prospective professionals from China and other Asian countries will have in-depth communications by attend various kinds of interactions and participation.

It is believed that xTalents will promote the international outstanding creative talents to develop a more specific mutual beneficial understanding with the enterprises and self-improving.

The 2016 G20 summit and the 2022 Asian Games bring new city development opportunities for the hosting city Hangzhou. XTalents International Creative Talents Symposium attempts to combine the enterprises human resources’ demands and the projects development demands with the renowned art and design colleges from China and other different countries and regions, build a face-to-face exchange platform, and construct the atmosphere and environment of cooperation and mutual benefit.

• Creative Enterprise Talk
  Sharing Duration: 20 minutes/enterpriseIt is similar to TED sharing session. Each enterprise has one representative to give a speech on the stage, sharing the creative enterprise culture, the philosophy of talents and business case sharing. The renowned creative enterprises, overseas returnees and talents with overseas background are on the stage, and the college students and working adults are off the stage.
• Creative College Talk
  Similar to TED sharing session, invite scholars or representatives of the renowned colleges and universities in the field of creative industries, voice out the call of creative education in the new era, and at the meanwhile remind us of reflecting on our current education.
• Job Fair
  Invite the senior management of film, animation and game companies, famous advertising firms, well-known internet enterprises, and media as the representatives of the recruiting party to participate in the event. Applicants take their portfolio to participate in the enterprises’ interviews and consult to the recruiting representatives, and obtain job offers or direct creative and employment guidance from the recruiting party. The recruiting party recruits excellent young creative talents through this platform.
• Portfolio Review
  Portfolio Day is a large public event designed for students and practitioners in the field of visual arts and design. In the event, representatives and admission officers of the art colleges will exchange face to face with the students, parents and practitioners, review their portfolio and provide the most updated school information and official guidance.
