International Education Alliance for Creative Industries (IEACI) and Asia Design Management Forum (ADM) jointly launched ADM xTalents Conference on Creative Talents Exchange which will be held from Nov 6 to 8, 2015.
The exchange conference is a continuation of CIEFCCI, and also, for the first time, an exchange platform built for oversea creative returnees, oversea interns and well-known cultural and creative enterprises. It aims at developing a virtual mutual understanding between enterprises and the international outstanding creative talents with overseas background by interactions of various forms, solving the problems of docking between talents and enterprises, and promoting the sound development of the creative industries in China and even in Asian area.
During the conference period, there will be various activities of symposium, creative enterprise (college) talk, portfolio review, and job fair. Among them, the symposium is a professional closed-door session, trying to combine the demands and needs of enterprises’ human resources with the renowned art colleges from different countries and districts, building a face-to-face exchange platform, and constructing the atmosphere and environment of cooperation and mutual benefit. The topic will discuss how to better achieve school-enterprise and interschool cooperation. Other forms of activities are all open events.
Portfolio review will target art students in undergraduates and postgraduates in the specialties of creative industries, oversea returnees, working adults and also high school students. Job fair will offer great opportunities from famous creative enterprises for the creative talents.
The specialties of the whole event will include directing, playwriting, photography, editing, producing, sound effects, dubbing, visual special effects, scene and setting, animation, illustration, digital media, modeling design, advertising, brand management, interior design, fashion design, graphic design, user interface, packaging, cosmetics and etc.
ADM xTalents structures the collaboration system of an open innovation talent platform. We would like to invite any institutions, colleges, universities, media, and individuals to join the event. Also, welcome the cooperation like special exhibition, forum, salon, social networking and other activities which based on ADM standards and principles. The xTalents project will provide the platform, media promotion, variety resources and the mechanism of collaboration.
