Contents of CEIEP

  1. Push forward the reciprocal recognition and transference of academic credits in cultural & creative disciplines among different institutions; evaluate, assess and recommend international exchange programs.
  2. Promote international mutual communication of students and teachers in cultural & creative specialties, assist the learning centers enhancing abilities and maintain high standards.
    1. Mutual communication of students: communication of undergraduate & graduate students, short term communication & Summer College, dual degree programs.
    2. Mutual communication of teachers: short term exchange or advanced studies of key teachers, visiting scholar program, mutual exchange, teaching and advanced studying of selected teachers from the member institutions.
  3. Set up international learning center on targeted subject jointly with member institutions, co-construct international learning center network on cultural & creative specialties and subjects, and set academic standard and management system.
    1. Discuss and set curriculum system and teaching program on cultural & creative subjects shared and implemented by member institutions.
    2. Promote foreign cooperation on the construction of cultural & creative subjects of the member institutions.
    3. Stimulate the introduction and development of cooperative education programs and organizations.
    4. Conduct exchange of visits of the heads of artistic academic programs, college leaders and deans of departments.
    5. Set up cooperative education international exchange funds and launch in due time creative talents cultivation (scholarship) plan.

Rights and Interests of Member Institutions of CEIEP

  1. Facilitate the development of international cooperation between member institutions and mutual communication of students and teachers.
    1. Provide students with more opportunities of studying abroad, exchange and internship programs including but not limited to undergraduate and graduate students exchange, short term exchange, Summer College, dual degree programs. This plan will be a beneficial supplement to the current international exchange program of the member institutions.
    2. Training and exchange of teachers: key teachers short term exchanging, advanced studying and training abroad as visiting scholars, exchange selected teachers to participate in communication, advanced study, and teaching in member institutions.
  2. Jointly establish international learning centers and build international learning plan system, promote international cooperation on the discipline construction of the member institutions, and receive cultural and creative students from the member institutions to study abroad, participate in short term training, and learn oversea for credits.
  3. Promote the introduction and development of the cooperative education programs of member institutions.
  4. Support and help directors of the cultural and creative programs from our member institutions to participate in the research and studies organized by CEIEP, assist college leaders and department deans to visit mutually, and carry out related training programs for the college administrative officers.
  5. Member institutions and their faculty and students have the priority to enjoy and participate in the Cooperative Education International Exchange Funds and the creative talents cultivation (scholarship) plan. The funding and scholarship are only open to member institutions.
  6. The member institutions have the opportunity to participate in the administrative organizations of CEIEP Executive Committee and Academic Committee, responsible for supervising the establishment of the program standard and the quality control system and participating in works of building, assessing and reviewing the international learning centers.
  7. Be invited to participate in the discussion and communication of the development of the CEIEP learning programs, discussion of credits reciprocal recognition and transference, conference of international cooperation on discipline construction, training of the administrative staff, faculty training and exchange, international exchange and cooperation between universities, training of management staff and etc.
  8. Preferentially use the CEIEP learning center network and be invited to participate in the residence creation programs, international academic communication, works show, special lectures and etc. Take advantage of CEIEP learning centers to set up member institutions’ research or exchange centers and carry out joint research and international cultural exchange activities in oversea countries.
  9. The CEIEP learning centers are preferentially open to the member institutions for their activities of international learning, exchange or internship programs.
