From 20-28 March, 2015 CPD Spring Tour went to Hangzhou, Shanghai , Wuhan and Shenzhen. Both art college from England and America were attending the event. During the event, besides portfolio review, there were also many other various activities, including lectures, school visits and workshops.
Many students participated in the event and brought their works onsite. Several teachers also join in the event and quite enjoy the visit. Students and teachers are come from both high schools and university, which including Shanghai School of Visual Art, Hangzhou No. Seven High School, Hangzhou Vocational School for Arts, China Jiliang University, Wuhan High School, Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering, Hubei Institute of Fine Arts, Wuhan Business University, Shenzhen International School, Shenzhen High School, Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, Shenzhen University, and Dalian Nationalities University.
Students were very exciting to have this great opportunity to show their portfolio and communicate with admission officers from international art colleges. Lots of creative works created from chinese students makes admission officers fell quite impressive. Also, by visiting several characteristic institutes, especially the very international Detao experimental classes in Shanghai School of Visual Art, world class design and quality studios with many masters from all of the world as the professor major in fashion, design, architecture and environment design etc., they thought it was a very good chance for them to know better about Chinese latest creative education situation and trend with a full vision by attending different styles of activities.
